Cooking lesson with farmer Monika

Preparing delicacies from the farm and garden

Friday, 11st of July 2025 | start at 2 p.m. at the Niederwies farm | 20€ per person

Look over farmer Monika's shoulder and cook delicacies with her using the sweet, popular red strawberry. She will conjure up delicious dishes with you using produce from her farm and garden. You will learn the secrets of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with room for modern interpretation. An interesting afternoon awaits all cookery enthusiasts and those who want to become one.
